Week 1: The Number Sense Ninja (Logic & Arithmetic)
- The Weak Spot: Fear of large numbers, fractions, and mental calculations.
- The Solution: Master the "Language of Quantities."
- The "Play" (Skit): "The Merchant of Venice 2.0" – A skit where students must calculate interest and profit in their heads to save a teammate from a "bad deal."
- Activity: The Grocery Hack. Students are given a fixed "budget" and must "buy" a list of items with fluctuating discounts/taxes.
Syllabus Link: Integers, Fractions, Decimals, Percentages.
Week 2: The Variable Architect (Introduction to Algebra)
- The Weak Spot: "X" is scary. Students don't understand that algebra is just a "Placeholder for Reality."
- The Solution: Transition from numbers to "Patterns."
- The Storytelling: "The Mystery of the Missing Constant." You tell a detective story where "X" is the suspect, and they must use clues (equations) to find its identity.
- The Project: The Secret Code. Students create their own algebraic "Cipher" to send coded messages to their teammates.
- Syllabus Link: Variables, Algebraic Expressions, Simple Equations.
Week 3: The Space Explorer (Geometry & Measurement)
- The Weak Spot: Seeing shapes as flat drawings rather than 3D objects.
- The Solution: "Visualizing the Invisible."
- The Mission: The Shadow Architect. (As discussed) – Using shadows and angles to measure things they can't reach.
- The "Math Play": A YouTube Short titled "Geometry in the Wild," where they find and film every geometric concept in their own house or park.
- Syllabus Link: Lines, Angles, Triangles, Mensuration (Perimeter/Area).
Week 4: The Data Oracle (Statistics & Probability)
- The Weak Spot: Not understanding "Chance" or how to read trends.
- The Solution: Predicting the Future.
- The Activity: The IPL Predictor. Using current or past sports data to calculate the probability of a win or a specific player's performance.
- The Final Portfolio Piece: "The State of My World." A visual report of their own summer habits (sleep vs. play vs. study) using Mean, Median, and Mode.
- Syllabus Link: Data Handling, Graphs, Probability.
🛠️ The "Threshold & Reward" Structure
For this to beat the “Reels Addiction,” every student follows this loop:
- Morning Masterclass: A drop a few minutes(30 to 60 min.) high-energy class.
- The Quest (Threshold): 10-15 “Must-Do” questions
They get a “Mastery Score.”
- The Bonus Mission: Only unlocked after the Quest. This is where they do the Skit, Play, or Storytelling.
💼 The Finish for the Pilot and converted class students.
- Growth Map (Day 30): Instead of a report card, the Principal receives a “Class Potential Report,” showing how their students’ “Thinking Speed” increased.
- Teacher Incentive: Teachers get a “Summer Bonus” for every student in their group who completes all 4 “Missions.”
